Stony Brook Landscaping offers a 3 year Transferable warranty on all hardscape labor. Natural settling or shifting will within the first 3 years. The manufacturer determines product warranty.
Softscapes
Stony Brook Landscaping plant warranties are discussed prior to installation. The time frame on these warranties varies due to contract situations and locations. All Landscape designers are responsable for tagging their own plants. If they wish not to do so they will be responsable for any plant regardless of their liking apon dilivery no returns with out charge for both our time and a posible restocking fee!!! This also applies towards home owners as well.
Maintenance
Whether you're a commercial or residential customer your patronage plays an important role in our overall business operation. Stony Brook Landscaping guarantees prompt and reliable service. If you are not completely satisfied a representative will contact you within 24 hours to rectify the situation.
